Ridgeway Grammar Schools was established in 2007 with a vision to provide quality education that develops the whole child. Starting with just one campus and a small group of dedicated teachers, our founders laid the groundwork for what would become one of Uganda's most respected educational institutions.
After five successful years, Ridgeway expanded its programs and facilities. Our reputation for academic excellence and character development attracted more students, and we introduced specialized programs in science, technology, and the arts to provide a well-rounded education.
Recognizing the importance of digital literacy in the modern world, Ridgeway invested in technology infrastructure and integrated digital learning tools across the curriculum. We established computer labs and introduced coding and digital skills programs to prepare our students for the future.
To meet growing demand and serve more students, we opened our second campus in Matugga. This expansion allowed us to offer both day and boarding options, providing more educational opportunities for students across Uganda. The new campus features modern facilities including dormitories, sports fields, and specialized learning spaces.
Today, Ridgeway Grammar Schools stands as a beacon of educational excellence in Uganda. With two thriving campuses, we continue to provide quality education that develops the whole child - intellectually, socially, physically, and morally.
